About Company & Role:

Adecco is currently supporting a search with our client, a Global Retail Brand seeking a creative Digital Marketing Executive.

If you are a talent looking to grow as an expert with regional exposure (SEA level) and in a driving fast pace industry, this is the role for you! Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will be integral in content strategy, brand partnerships, and market intelligence that would fuel impactful campaigns across Southeast Asia.

Job Responsibilities:

Market Intelligence & Trend Spotting

  • Stay ahead of industry developments by researching across digital platforms, consumer websites, and social media - WGSN, Instagram etc.
  • Track emerging creative technologies such as AI, 3D production, and digital innovations for brand elevation

Digital Presence & Content Strategy

  • Design engaging weekly content that showcases key product categories on regional digital platforms
  • Plan interactive campaigns (e.g., giveaways) to boost engagement and strengthen audience connection
  • Manage the scheduling and rollout of localized social content calendars in sync with regional and global timelines

Performance Marketing & Data Analytics

  • Collaborate with digital performance teams and influencers to launch campaigns that meet brand and commercial goals
  • Review campaign metrics, assess ROI, and validate media spend against performance benchmarks
  • Support integrated digital efforts across SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid media

Agency Relations & Brand Partnerships

  • Serve as liaison for influencer agencies, ensuring clarity on creative direction and campaign objectives
  • Coordinate internal teams to prep promotional materials and partnership deliverables
  • Contribute to ideation decks for collaboration opportunities with IP licensors and partner brands

Brand Governance & Launch Support

  • Ensure digital content adheres to global branding standards and secure necessary approvals
  • Participate in the planning and rollout of localized campaigns tied to hero products or regional launches

Requirements:

  • Holds a diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, PR, or equivalent
  • Brings 3–5 years’ experience in marketing
  • Great communicator and highly creative
  • Exposure with SEA market and global retail brand would be ideal but not limited
  • Fluent in English language
