HR MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Oversee employee relations, address concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Design and administer performance management systems to promote employee development and productivity.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

About Us

Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all social media channels and campaigns, and create content for scheduling posts.
  • Report directly to the Marketing Manager and coordinate with the sales team and graphic designers to increase brand awareness.
  • Research and analyze social media trends, including social media ads and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
  • Manage accounts and prepare budgets for communication plans.
  • Control, monitor, and ensure the accuracy of marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare regular analyses of website and social media traffic data.
  • Assist in replying to inquiries from all online channels and update information regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising/Media, or equivalent.
  • Languages required: English, Mandarin, Malay.
  • Preferably 2–3 years of experience in social media and digital marketing, with knowledge of FB, Instagram, Google Analytics, TikTok, WeChat, XHS, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in online marketing program development is an advantage.
