Job description

Job Responsibility
  1. Ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for both desktop and mobile devices while collaborating with design teams to implement improvements in website navigation, layout, and functionality.
  2. Digital Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with broader marketing goals. Develop and manage content for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring it is optimized for search engines and enhances user engagement.
  3. Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content that meets user needs.
  4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and make recommendations for improvement. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SEO and website optimization. Provide regular updates and recommendations to management based on performance data and industry trends.
Job Requirements
  1. Must have skills - the basic skills required for this position:
  2. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  3. 1-2 years of experience in website development, optimization, digital marketing, or a related role.
  4. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  5. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools.
  6. Understanding of SEO principles, tools, and best practices.
  7. Good to have skills - skills or experience that will be an added advantage.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  9. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
