1. Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and basic analytics.
• Experience in using customer communication platforms (e.g., *************, WhatsApp Business API, etc.) is an advantage.
• Organized, responsive, and able to multitask under deadlines.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

2. Added Advantage:

• Experience with basic graphic editing or video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and automation platforms.
• Enthusiastic about automotive or outdoor lifestyle brands.

1. Social Media Management

• Execute and publish all content postings on company social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Follow the strategic content calendar developed by the Marketing Team.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments where necessary, and escalate relevant
• insights or issues.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via *************
• Refer qualified leads or technical questions to the Sales Team and ensure proper handover with all relevant information.
• Set up, test, and manage automation workflows for standard enquiries or campaign-specific replies.
• Organize and tag customer conversations into proper categories for easy tracking and reporting.

3. Data Management & Workflow

• Maintain and update the company’s digital drive (Google Drive or equivalent), ensuring folders are logically organized and accessible to relevant teams.
• Regularly perform backups of key digital assets and archives to ensure no loss of critical data.
• Assist the marketing team in maintaining structured digital records for all marketing campaigns and content.
