Qualifications:
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to speak, read, and write Mandarin is a plus.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva) and video editing apps (CapCut, Photoroom).
- Knowledge of running paid ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Good communication and sales skills, with the ability to convert leads into customers.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok).
- Basic photography/videography skills are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Create and manage engaging content for each platform.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to optimize reach and conversions.
- Manage and operate the company’s online stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok, including product listing, order processing, and customer engagement.
- Coordinate sales strategies and promotions to increase revenue and brand visibility.
- Analyze data and trends to provide regular performance reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support as needed.
