Qualifications:
  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to speak, read, and write Mandarin is a plus.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva) and video editing apps (CapCut, Photoroom).
  • Knowledge of running paid ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Good communication and sales skills, with the ability to convert leads into customers.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok).
  • Basic photography/videography skills are preferred.
Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  2. Create and manage engaging content for each platform.
  3. Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to optimize reach and conversions.
  4. Manage and operate the company’s online stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok, including product listing, order processing, and customer engagement.
  5. Coordinate sales strategies and promotions to increase revenue and brand visibility.
  6. Analyze data and trends to provide regular performance reports.
  7. Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support as needed.
