Job description

Plan, write, and publish content across social media platforms (Xiao Hong Shu, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc.)

Lead Mandarin-focused campaigns for key cultural seasons like Chinese New Year, Mooncake Festival, etc.

Craft product descriptions and promotional content for e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada) and the Mega Kulim mobile app

Write and schedule push notifications via Mega Kulim app or WhatsApp blasting.

Collaborate with influencers and KOLs to promote brand visibility.

Manage and respond to comments and DMs from customers.

Assist in tracking campaign performance and generating insight reports.

Support visual briefings for campaigns and ensure language accuracy inallmaterials.

Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirement

Degree in Marketing/ Communications/ Advertising, or a related field.

Strong command of Mandarin (written Simplified Chinese) and English & BM communication

Familiar with social media platforms such as Xiao Hong Shu, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook.

Creative mindset with strong execution and time management skills.

Passion for retail pharmacy, healthcare, or beauty content and familiar with healthcare or beauty products is a plus.

Experience in e-commerce or digital content creation or managing a personal/ business XHS account with basic short video shooting/ editing skills is an advantage.

Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
