Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Create and implement innovative social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness, follower growth and contribute to business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to strategically inform and adjust marketing strategies.
  • Design and manage paid social media campaigns to generate high-quality traffic and leads.
  • Craft engaging social media copy and creative assets for both organic posts and paid advertisements.
  • Ensure all website content is optimized for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
  • Stay updated on digital and industry trends, algorithm changes, customer insights and competitor activities to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with the creative team to produce engaging, on-brand visual and video content suited for each platformâs audience.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights, preparing and presenting regular reports to extract actionable insights and identify opportunities for optimization.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least Bachelorâs Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, demonstrating expertise in lead generation and paid media campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms for leads generation, including Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads & Google Ads.
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into engaging digital content.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English, BM and Mandarin.
  • Experience with design and video editing tools is an advantage.
  • Proactive, committed, organized, creative with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
