A leading company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive. You will manage online marketing strategies, oversee social media, and execute campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute our Online & Affinity marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital trends, experienced in managing social media platforms, and capable of delivering measurable results through strategic content and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Oversee the daily operations of all social media platforms
Create engaging content such as posts, videos, IG Stories, and Reels to drive awareness, traffic, and engagement.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, email marketing, display advertising, and social media.
Create compelling ad copy, social posts, and email content aligned with brand voice and objectives.
Manage website and mobile app content to ensure it is optimized for SEO, traffic and conversion
Develop digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Develop Affinity Marketing Campaigns
Create co-branded promotions, loyalty programs, embedded or exclusive offers.
Align messaging and creative assets across both brands.
Manage Partner Relationships
Serve as the main point of contact.
Ensure partner satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Analyze Campaign Performance
Track KPIs such as lead generation, sales uplift, customer engagement, and ROI.
Provide insights and reports to stakeholders.
Optimize future campaigns based on data.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management and affinity marketing
Proficient in social media tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM tools, and analytics platforms.
Creative thinker with strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
