Digital Marketing Executive

Job Responsibility

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies, including defining campaign goals, target audience, and budget allocation.
2. Create engaging ad content creatives and continuously optimize ad content performance to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
3. Conduct audience research and segmentation to refine targeting strategies and ensure ads reach the right demographics.
4. Implement A/B testing for ad elements to optimize campaign effectiveness.
5. Assist in managing advertising budgets and monitoring spending to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
6. Generate reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging advertising platforms.
8. Prepare promotional ideas/content based on client's requirement.
9. Content creation for social media.
10. Industry related marketing for various iGaming platforms.

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

1. Junior or Senior Level
2. At least 1 year experience in relevant job.
3. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
4. Good command in Mandarin, English & Cantonese.
5. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
6. Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
7. Proven experience in developing and executing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
8. Edit video using tools like CapCut, Canva or other industry-standard software.
9. Usage of any analytic tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights or any related platform).
10. Excellent communication, teamwork and time management skills.
11. Training will be provided to help you develop the skills necessary to succeed in this role.
12. Tech savvy, strong sense of the latest marketing trends.
13. Able to update ads status/handle ads issues after working hours/weekends – no need to go back to the office.
14. Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
