Job description

We are currently seeking Senior Digital Marketing Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing landscape, optimizing performance marketing campaigns, and staying ahead of emerging trends. Your effort shall be devoted to driving MOG's digital transformation and business growth through innovative strategies and data-driven insights. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, attract and retain customers, and drive leads and traffic conversion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns that align with MOG’s overall business objectives.

  • Plan, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions) to ensure optimal budget utilisation and ROI.
  • Continuously test, refine, and implement innovative strategies based on the latest trends in performance marketing.
  • Use data analytics tools to analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance.
  • Generate actionable insights to guide strategic decisions and improve marketing outcomes.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Branding, Operations) to align marketing efforts with company goals.
  • Manage MOG’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and LinkedIn to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Coordinate with content creators and designers to produce engaging assets including short-form videos, articles, infographics, and campaign materials.
  • Plan and execute targeted ad campaigns and track social media analytics to assess performance and optimise content strategy.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. Segment audiences, personalise messaging, and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the digital team to optimise website for SEO, user experience, and conversion performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and paid media, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with healthy budget management.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
