Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and improve existing marketing strategies.
  2. Manage and coordinate the production of marketing and promotional materials.
  3. Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing campaigns.
  4. Conduct market research and analyze data and feedback on market trends.
  5. Implement marketing activities such as promotions, events, and trade fairs.
  6. Enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers.
  7. Ensure consistency of the brand message.
  8. Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.
  9. Oversee all marketing activities, analyze metrics, and prepare performance reports.
  10. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  2. Experience in executing paid social media campaigns.
  3. Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.
  4. Knowledge of video and image editing software, such as Adobe products.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Excellent attention to detail.
  7. Full understanding of all social media platforms.
  8. Problem-solving skills.
  9. Knowledge of content management systems.
  10. Proficiency in Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  11. Ability to work independently, with good interpersonal skills and discipline.
