Job Responsibility
â¢Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across channels (social media, email, SEO, SEM, influencers, paid media).
â¢Plan and manage marketing campaigns for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
â¢Oversee content creation for all digital platforms including social media, website, blogs, and email newsletters.
â¢Manage digital ad spend and performance (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok, etc.) to maximize ROI.
â¢Lead CRM and loyalty marketing initiatives to retain and grow the customer base.
â¢Analyze campaign performance and website traffic using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
â¢Collaborate with e-commerce, branding, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
â¢Lead and develop the digital marketing team, including agency/vendor coordination.
Job Requirements
â¢Diploma / Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
â¢At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the F&B or retail sectors.
â¢Expertise in digital strategy, media buying, content marketing, and analytics.
â¢Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and email platforms.
â¢Strong leadership, creative direction, and project management skills.
â¢Language Required : Mandarin, English.Â
