Overview

To plan, execute, and manage the company’s digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads across various digital platforms.

Job Purpose

To plan, execute, and manage the company’s digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing, paid advertising).
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create engaging and high-quality content (text, image, video) aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Oversee website management, updates, and optimization for search engines.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Track, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against KPIs and ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, R&D, production) to align digital marketing with business goals.
  • Maintain and grow email subscriber lists, newsletters, and automation campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Creative and analytical thinking with strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is an added advantage.
