Role Description

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for social media marketing, content creation, data analytics, and overall digital marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and drive online sales. You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current operations

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support on lead-generation campaigns that align with the sales strategy
• Digital marketing - Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends
• Social media - Create social media content across all platforms such as TikTok, Instagram
• Affiliate community – Plan and manage Affiliates community in eCommerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee
• Media buying - Create and manage paid social media ads to drive traffic and conversion
• Post-modem report - Analyse and report on the performance of social media campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve results (ROI and KPIs)
• Assist in ad hoc task as well

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma, bachelor's degree in any field
• Required to Read and Write in Mandarin as this position require to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients
• Proficient in English language
• Minimum 1-year’ experience in Social Media Marketing or other Digital Marketing related job scope
• Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within and across teams
• Able to prioritize and manage timeline and deliverables
