Job Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns, developing and executing marketing strategies for conversion.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and scale campaigns by tapping into the entire customer journey via omnichannel marketing.
- Create and manage email campaign calendars, set up email campaigns, monitor and schedule email sends, and compile insightful email reports.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and cost-effective campaign assets.
- Optimize each funnel and marketing process (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, nurture).
- Handle all aspects of media buying, including tracking, ad creation, optimization, scaling, reporting, and driving positive ROI.
- Ask questions when unclear and suggest process improvements.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Required language: Mandarin.
- At least 1 year of experience in Facebook advertising, copywriting, or related marketing roles.
- Strong passion for digital marketing and copywriting.
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, able to handle stress.
- Good attitude, team player, and strong moral character.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and data analysis capabilities.
- Experience with marketing software or webinars (e.g., ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, WebinarJam) is a plus.
- Ability to write copy and possess strong digital analytical skills.
- Able to work in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.
