The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. The candidate must have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor and grow the company's social media presence.

Responsibilities
  • Design, maintain, and supply content for the organization's website
  • Formulate strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers
  • Monitor company presence on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Launch and manage online advertisements to increase brand awareness (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website traffic and search engine rankings
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to create compelling marketing assets
  • Conduct competitor analysis and track market trends
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience in business-to-customer (B2C) social media, content generation, and community management
  • Strong creative and analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience with:

  • Website maintenance using CMS platforms like WordPress
