Job summary

EVE Energy Malaysia SDN BHD in Kulim, Kedah is seeking an Information Systems Project Services Manager to establish and lead an operations and maintenance team that supports current and future industrialization initiatives.

You will coordinate project resources, identify risks, plan early-stage intelligent manufacturing solutions such as MES, WMS or QMS, and oversee final reviews of business solutions while liaising with HQ in China and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• Over 5 years of experience in digital manufacturing-related positions, with skills in planning and designing digital manufacturing system solutions.
• Led the implementation of at least 2 digital manufacturing projects (e.g., MES, WMS, QMS).
• Solid computer-related knowledge and proficiency in at least one programming and database language.
• Teamwork and team management experience.
• Strong communication in Chinese-Mandarin, English, and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement an operations and maintenance team to provide project support for current and future industrialization.
• Provide systematic guidance to team members to enhance team cohesion and unity.
• Overall plan and select early-stage solutions and project initiation for intelligent manufacturing projects.
• Identify project progress and risks, coordinate project resources, and resolve project risks.
• Responsible for the final review of business solutions.
• Resolve complex issues in operations and maintenance projects.
