YOUR TASK
Lead Qualification Process Deployment
  • Execute call strategies provided by Digital Sales Manager / Telemarketing Manager
  • Use communication skills to identify decision-makers for Express shipping and gain access to them
  • Combine sales skills with DHL product/service knowledge to convert suspect leads into prospects and identify rank-up potential during re-qualification
  • Continuously develop knowledge of DHL’s services and general commercial awareness to provide excellent customer service and maximize the department’s contribution to sales
Customer Information Maintenance & Reporting
  • Ensure customer information is accurately maintained in the customer database
  • Clean lead lists and multichannel data with captured information
YOUR PROFILE
  • Bachelor Degree student, final year preferred
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.00 or above
