Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the respective stakeholders to identify areas of growth, including organic growth through current channels, expanding distribution through partner channels, and leveraging opportunities through API Marketplace connectivity with ecosystem partners
- Conduct market analysis to identify new potential customer segments, emerging trends, and untapped markets
- Identify opportunities to expand into new customer segments, developing new vertical or opening new channel to increase market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by pitching products/services to potential clients and closing deals
- Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of the company's offerings
- Coordinating cross functional teams to deliver desired collaboration outcomes, acting as the main liaison between merchant and internal teams, and effectively project managing the progress of collaborations
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives (OKRs) for each collaboration, closely tracking the collaboration's output, and identifying risks and opportunities
- Implementing enhancements to deepen collaboration or mitigate risks
- Keeping abreast of industry best practices emerging technologies, and understand evolving customer needs to identify opportunities and threats within Maybank's digital ecosystem
- Developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive digital growth, increase market share, and enhance customer acquisition and retention
- Defining and tracking KPIs related to digital growth, reporting progress, and making data informed recommendations for improvement
- Acting as a subject matter expert, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of experimentation, agility, and continuous optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields
- Proven track record in leading large scale business development and partnership transactions
- Extensive experience in identify opportunities to extend growth of digital business
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, such digital marketing, analytics, digital product development
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross functional teams
