As a Digital Engagement & Operations Executive, you are responsible for analyzing and understanding customers’ (users) requirements and developing test scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Make an Impact by:
Collecting the requirements from users on order processing capabilities.
Performing UAT based on the signed-off test scripts.
Maintaining a record of all testing results of assigned UAT projects.
Tracking and monitoring errors encountered during UAT and ensuring they are resolved before implementation into Production.
Tracking and monitoring the progress of the assigned UAT projects and ensuring they are completed on time.
Assisting in enquiries from customers on the assigned UAT or ECOM order processing.
Developing user procedures of assigned UAT for customers’ reference.
Participating fully in the team, taking part in regular team meetings and buzz sessions, giving feedback and ideas to colleagues and the Team Leaders.
Working closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve optimum efficiency and productivity.
Skills for Success:
Diploma or Degree holder in Business Admin or equivalent course.
Minimum 2 years hands-on processing experience.
Experience in test scripting and performing UAT is highly required.
Familiarity with a call center environment is desirable.
Possesses analytical skills in understanding & interpreting user requirements into UAT scenarios & expected results.
Knowledge of some computer programming (e.g., SQL) will be an advantage.
Computer literacy in MS Office, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment & work well under pressure.
Great flexibility to undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time.
