Job description

We are looking for a Digital Content Creator who can take a concept from brainstorm to final post. You will produce graphics, short-form videos, photos and motion assets that make our clients’ feeds stand out and their audiences talk. If you love juggling multiple brands, shooting on location, and turning raw footage into scroll-stopping stories, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok) that align with each client’s brand voice and objectives

• Design static and animated social graphics (carousels, infographics, banners) in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools

• Photograph products, events and lifestyle scenes, ensuring consistent lighting and colour grading across a client’s visual library

• Collaborate with account managers and writers to translate briefs into creative concepts and content calendars

• Stay on top of social trends, platform updates and best practices, recommending new formats or ideas for each client

• Organise and maintain an efficient file-naming and asset-archiving system so projects are easy to locate and repurpose

• Track performance insights in Meta and TikTok dashboards, then use the data to refine future content

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, videography or multimedia content creation (agency experience is a plus)

• Solid portfolio that shows you can tell a story in 15–60 seconds as well as in a single frame

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) or equivalent tools

• Confident operating mirrorless or DSLR cameras, basic lighting setups and audio gear

• Working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn algorithms and content specs

• Strong organisational skills, comfort with tight deadlines and multiple brand voices

• Bonus points for animation, 3D, live-stream production or copywriting chops

• Diploma or degree in Multimedia Design, Mass Communication, Film, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Your visuals consistently improve engagement rate, reach and watch-time for client accounts

• Feedback cycles are smooth because you proactively ask questions and clarify expectations
