Job Responsibility

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Tile Concept's marketing goals, focusing on brand awareness and lead generation within the Malaysian tile market.
• Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, website copy, and social media updates, optimized for search engines (SEO) and user experience.
• Produce high-quality visual content, such as photographs and videos, showcasing Tile Concept's tile products and installations, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Manage and maintain Tile Concept's social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), creating and scheduling content to maximize engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics and making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content opportunities and ensure Tile Concept's content ranks highly in search engine results pages (SERPs).
• Edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines, maintaining a professional and consistent brand image.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, content creation, and the tile industry, proactively identifying opportunities to improve Tile Concept's content strategy and execution.

• Develop engaging and original content (text, image, and video) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Create compelling marketing and advertising materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital ads, that align with the company's brand and marketing strategies.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic traffic.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that support overall marketing goals and campaigns.
• Produce high-quality product photography and videography to showcase tile products effectively and attract potential customers.
• Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for various marketing channels, including website content, social media posts, and email campaigns, in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and content creation to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
