Job description

We are hiring a Digital Consulting Manager on behalf of our client in the hotel industry, located in Kuala Lumpur. This role is ideal for digital marketing professionals with strong project management skills and experience in hospitality, agency, or B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead digital activation efforts for hotels across the Asia Pacific region (excluding China), covering SEO, paid media, content management, and performance reporting.

Act as the main contact for hotels, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure timely execution of digital strategies.

Develop digital marketing plans that align with hotel goals and brand standards.

Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with internal and regional teams to implement digital initiatives and support marketing activations.

Assist with training and onboarding, contribute to regional digital projects, and support ongoing learning and development.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience, ideally with exposure to hotel or OTA industry.

Prior experience in an agency or consulting environment is an advantage.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital tools; knowledge of HRDCorp programs is a plus.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).
