Job summary

Megan Jewellery Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Full-time on-site leader to manage TikTok Shop LIVE operations and live hosting. You will plan, direct, and optimize streaming sessions, ensuring jewelry specifications are communicated accurately and promotions are executed with precision.

The role requires strong project management, experience with TikTok Live Studio or OBS Studio, and the ability to oversee external agencies while coordinating streaming schedules, campaigns, and performance

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of digital commerce experience with at least 1–2 years independently operating TikTok Shop/LIVE setups.
• Experience in the jewelry, luxury, or fashion verticals is advantageous.
• Expert knowledge of TikTok Live Studio or OBS Studio.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center backend mechanics, platform algorithms, and regional compliance rules.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Ability to work as an autonomous, self‑driven solo department head while managing external agency talent.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, as jewelry live streams frequently run during peak evening hours or weekends.

• Live Directing: cue host in real-time behind the camera for pacing, top-selling items, engagement tactics, and pin-product adjustments.
• Set up and operate streaming software (TikTok Live Studio / OBS Studio). Manage studio lighting, audio, and background design.
• Manage the backend TikTok Shop Seller Center including inventory syncing, price adjustments, and campaign registrations.
• Analyze post-stream metrics (Retention Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, GMV, AOV) to grade outsourced host performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

Brief & Train: Develop stream scripts, promotional hooks, and product cheat sheets for outsourced hosts to ensure they communicate jewelry specifications (materials, cuts, authenticity) accurately. Live Directing: Cue the host in real-time behind the camera regarding pacing, top-selling items, viewer engagement tactics, and pin-product adjustments.
• Technical & Studio Operations Tech Management: Set up and operate streaming software (TikTok Live Studio / OBS Studio). Visual Optimization: Manage studio lighting, audio mixers, and background design etc.
• Store Management & Compliance TikTok Shop Ownership: Manage the backend TikTok Shop Seller Center, including inventory syncing, price adjustments, and campaign registrations.
• Data Analytics & Strategy Performance Tracking: Analyze post-stream metrics (Retention Rate, Click-Through Rate, Conversion Rate, GMV, and AOV) to grade outsourced host performance. Strategy Iteration: Adjust promotional strategies, pricing bundles, and streaming hours based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
