We are looking for an online performance marketing expert, with significant experience in the Agency/Reseller ecosystem for online social media advertising planning/buying. The successful candidate for the Agency Lead (AL) role will also have experience managing and coaching managers, driving business results, operational rigor and execution, and working successfully with multiple internal and external stakeholders, notably media Agency partners.
Success in this position requires you to develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the Accenture program Function Lead (FL) as a trusted and effective second-in-command. It also requires building and maintaining a successful collaboration with our Client Industry Sales Managers to co-design and implement successful sales strategies and tactics.

Responsibilities
- Leading scaled growth for all Agency Agreements in place
- Management oversight of Sales Managers in span of control
- Collaborating closely with Agency Industry Sales Manager to design and implement strategic and tactical sales plans
- Ownership and responsibility for execution of those sales plans executed by Sales Managers and Sales Reps in span of control
- Building and maintaining the optimal sales execution environment focused on these key areas: People, Processes, Performance, and Productivity (4P’s)
- Quarterly KPI/OKR and Revenue targets rolled up from team and individuals in span of control
- Driving a culture of ownership, innovation, quality, and operational rigor in span of control
- Analyzing revenue/OKR performance data to identify & drive measured actions to impact OKR or Revenue targets
- Supporting preparation and delivery with commentary of regular insight into business performance and outlook in span of control, including weekly business reviews
- Creating and maintaining positive employee engagement in a high-performance environment
- Owning specific priority initiatives across the Agency function as required from time to time, e.g., in-quarter churn, high priority new product launches focused on driving lower funnel advertising revenue based on conversion performance
Qualifications
- Native-level language fluency in Mandarin is required
- 10+ years of professional experience in digital media planning/buying, online advertising, or sales leadership within the Agency industry
- Minimum 5 years experience in leading teams of people managers (i.e., as a manager of managers)
- Experience in leading teams involved in Enterprise level or Key Account level Account Management activities is a distinct advantage
- Relevant experience working with Agencies or Advertisers exporting internationally out of the Greater China region is a distinct advantage
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Data-driven decision-making, very strong analytical and proven reporting skills
- Able to analyze business data in detail to provide continuous improvement suggestions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Preferably experienced in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Office/G-Suite collaboration and presentation tools
