Accenture is recruiting a Senior professional to lead the rollout of digital marketing advertising solutions in the Greater China markets. Responsibilities
  • Manage key relationships with Digital Marketing Agencies, supporting and scaling existing advertiser accounts.
  • Understand performance marketing deeply and develop solutions tailored to sophisticated buyers.
  • Position value propositions effectively, handle objections, and demonstrate technical salesmanship.
  • Develop insights into the Chinese market and advertisers’ needs.
  • Lead important projects independently, often influencing across programs.
  • Operate with minimal supervision on assigned projects.
  • Represent the Sales Manager in their absence as needed.
  • Maintain positive relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Retain and grow revenue within strategic accounts and across functions.
  • Coordinate across multiple markets to ensure consistency and share information.
  • Translate data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help partners achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and nurture client relationships.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize advertising campaigns.
  • Upsell, cross-sell, and activate existing accounts when appropriate.
  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business trends internally and externally.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in advertising technology campaign management and 3 years in sales or account management.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing solutions and latest online marketing trends.
  • Native-level fluency in the local market language.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, and Office/G-Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data-driven approaches to achieve business outcomes.
