DaVita Malaysia is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to build the patient base and promote services to nephrologists, hospitals, and corporate partners. You will drive new patient acquisition and monitor growth against yearly targets across DaVita Malaysia clinics.

You will work with Centre Teammates, Regional Operations, and Partner Engagements to deliver results, develop reporting methodologies, and pursue inorganic growth opportunities through networking. Travel is high.

Qualifikationen

• Min 2-5 years direct sales experience, relationship building or marketing role in healthcare services or life sciences industries, preferably pharma sales.
• Proven track record of planning and executing relationship-building to deliver results.
• Knowledge of digital communications and sales/relationship tools.

Aufgaben

• Relationship building with patient referral sources and key stakeholders to drive new patient acquisition.
• Lead generation for inorganic growth opportunities and marketing activites materials.
• Assist patients and follow up to obtain information for decision-making.
• Plan, execute and report on progress and milestones.
• Attend meetings and align with local operations to ensure clear communications.
• Identify growth opportunities through networking and market research.
