Job summary

Texas Instruments Electronics Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an early career DIW Water & Wastewater Engineer to advance water systems across TI Asia sites. The role emphasizes technical standardization, reliability roadmaps, and deployment of new technologies within DIW/UPW and wastewater networks.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with regional teams, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring ESHS compliance across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years hands-on engineering experience in semiconductor water utilities (DIW/UPW, IWW, STP).

Responsibilities

• Build strong technical depth within the water discipline and standardize engineering standards across sites.
• Serve as the central SME for full spectrum of water systems (UF, RO, IWW, STP).
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process optimization.
• Establish performance dashboards and track key metrics.
• Lead capital and expense projects from scoping to handover.
• Drive cross-site improvements and alignment with regional strategy.
