Timely delivery of DHL packages around the globe while ensuring customer data security is at the core of our work. You will provide second/third level operational support, investigate and resolve incidents unresolved at lower support levels, and collaborate with other IT support teams and vendors as needed. You will also handle issues related to telecommunication/security systems within the DHL Group environment and manage changes to production security devices across our data centers and premises. Technologies involved include Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPNs, Proxies, Azure, and Google Cloud.

As a DevOps Engineer, experience with Java development is a plus. Knowledge of Oracle Database, Unix, Performance Stress Testing (PST), and AI technologies is beneficial. You should understand Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and shell scripting. Experience with containers and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, NGINX is advantageous. You should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks under pressure, and collaborate across regions in a multilingual environment. Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
