Job Responsibilities

• Develop scripts to automate day-to-day operation processes which require manual work.

• Support security vulnerability fixes, include OS patch, kernel upgrade.

• Middleware version management, including configuration management, optimization, and version upgrade.

• Manage operation day-to-day technical issues,include Public Cloud resource, VM life cycle management.

• Troubleshooting, root causing, perform web platform administration activities ensuring issues are resolved in timely fashion within agreed SLA.

• Perform site performance monitoring to determine system performance bottlenecks and Root Cause Analysis.

• Proactive learner with the ability to research and quickly utilize new technologies.

• Work with other cross-functional and enterprise-wide organizations to develop system and process enhancements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Computer Science / Information Technology from a reputable university/college with a minimum 4 years of working experience in IT Application Devops.

• Passionate with Technical IT work and adopting new technologies.

• Experience in managing private cloud and public cloud.

• Experience in managing Linux based infrastructure.

• Hands-on experience at least in one scripting language.

• Hands-on experience with high concurrency, high availability architecture.

• Knowledge in Python/Django

• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
