Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop scripts to automate day-to-day operation processes that require manual work.
2. Support security vulnerability fixes, including OS patches and kernel upgrades.
3. Manage middleware versions, including configuration management, optimization, and version upgrades.
4. Handle daily technical issues, including managing Public Cloud resources and VM lifecycle management.
5. Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and carry out web platform administration activities to ensure issues are resolved promptly within SLAs.
6. Monitor site performance to identify system bottlenecks and perform root cause analysis.
7. Proactively research and quickly adopt new technologies.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional and enterprise-wide teams to develop system and process improvements.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a reputable university/college with at least 4 years of experience in IT Application DevOps.
2. Passionate about technical IT work and adopting new technologies.
3. Experience managing private and public clouds.
4. Experience managing Linux-based infrastructure.
5. Hands-on experience with at least one scripting language.
6. Experience designing high concurrency, high availability architectures.
7. Knowledge of Python/Django.
8. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
