Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic IT team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, middleware management, container orchestration, and monitoring tools. You will play a key role in building, managing, and optimizing cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring robust and scalable application deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure for high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible and scripting (Shell scripting).
• Manage and monitor messaging middleware such as IBM MQ and Apache Kafka for enterprise applications.
• Handle containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring seamless deployment pipelines.
• Work with MongoDB and Elasticsearch to manage databases and search clusters in cloud/on-prem environments.
• Maintain and configure Apache Web Server for high performance and security.
• Manage operating systems including RHEL 8/9 and Windows Server Datacenter editions.
• Implement and manage virtualization technologies using VMware vSphere, vCenter, and SRM.
• Monitor system health and performance using industry-standard monitoring tools; proactively resolve incidents.
• Drive incident and service operations management to ensure uptime and SLA compliance.
• Follow documentation best practices and ensure process adherence for infrastructure management and service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Support) for continuous improvement in system reliability and performance.
