Timely delivery of DHL packages worldwide, ensuring customer data security, is at our core. You will provide second/third level support, investigate and resolve incidents not handled by lower support tiers. Collaboration with other IT support teams and vendors is essential, especially when dealing with firmware bugs, vulnerabilities, or technology issues.
For telecommunication/security systems within DHL, you are our superhero. You will manage, propose, and implement changes to production security devices across all IT Services Data Centers and premises, ensuring global availability of DHL Group services.
Support for security technologies like Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPNs, Proxies, Azure, and Google Cloud is also part of your responsibilities.

As a DevOps Engineer, proficiency in Oracle SQL, Linux command line, Shell Scripting is essential. Knowledge of ElasticSearch, OpenShift, Kubernetes, ITIL is advantageous. Familiarity with MySC T&T, Splunk, and Grafana is a plus. Strong application troubleshooting skills are required.
You are passionate about technology, with good understanding of Linux and Oracle DB. You can work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle workload pressure. Experience in a multinational environment and proficiency in spoken and written English are important for cross-region collaboration.
