We are seeking a likeminded and results-driven Development Executive to lead and support growth initiatives for our organization by identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and contribute to the development and execution of projects that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business, partnership, or project opportunities.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement growth strategies.

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, or pitches as needed.

Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports on development activities.

Keep informed on industry trends and emerging opportunities.

Requirements

Possess at least a diploma in science, business, marketing or a related field.

Proven experience of at least 2 years in business development, project management, and fundraising activities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong networking and interpersonal skills.

Possess own vehicle (for traveling and client meetings).
