A Sales Executive is responsible for driving the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. They work to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and offering suitable products or services. The role involves meeting sales targets, generating leads, and conducting presentations or product demonstrations. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential to successfully engage with customers and ensure business growth. This role often requires travel and may involve working closely with marketing teams to optimize sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and achieve targets through effective planning and execution.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize growth.
Implement sales activities and business processes to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.
Establish and maintain good rapport with existing and new customers through regular visits and courtesy calls to explore potential markets.
Follow up on customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions, ideas, and feedback promptly.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with customers.
1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in Sales.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
