• Able to commit to morning/night shifts.

• Able to carry heavy trays of bread (up to 15kg).

Responsibilities

• Ensure systematic issue and loading of breads.
• Follow stock control and Duty Officer's instructions.
• Check total issues against Daily Stock Control.
• Ensure all daily products are issued.
• Maintain sufficient stock for equipment and forms.
• Enforce housekeeping in loading bay and distribution office.

• Ensure systematic issue and loading of breads
• Follow daily stock control and Duty Officer's instructions to cut/add or full load
• Check randomly the total issues tally with the Daily Stock Control (DSC)
• Ensure all daily products to be issued out
• Ensure sufficient stocks for all equipment and forms needed in the Department
• Enforce good housekeeping for loading bay and distribution office
