To manage office hardware and software inventory.

To manage updates and upgrades of all office equipment and endpoints.

To maintain office VOIP systems, phones, audio systems and other office IoT devices.

To perform regular health and audit checks on all office devices and endpoints.

To perform Active Directory, Email, and various Access Rights administrations.

To undertake any ad-hoc matters and projects assigned from time to time.

To setup and provide technical support during company marketing events on weekends or after working hours.

Requirements:

Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.

Basic networking concept and understanding.

Adaptive to different situations; attentive and proactive to issues; team-oriented person.

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
