What You Will Be Responsible For

• Provide daily maintenance, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for IT equipment such as video system device, laptops, printers.
• Promptly respond to global employee service requests via email, ticket system(ServiceNow/Jira), etc., and maintaining ≤24hr SLA compliance(Business Hours).
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, common office software, and mobile applications.
• Create KB articles and conduct user training sessions on IT best practices
• Administer and maintain Unified Endpoint Management platforms (e.g., Intune, Jamf) for software deployment, patch management, device configuration and Group Policy configurations.
• Assist the IT team in completing other daily tasks and projects.
  
  

How You Will Stand Out

• Bachelor’s degree in computer-related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of IT desktop support or related experience.
• Expert in Windows: AD, Bitlocker, WIM imaging, GPO.
• Intermediate macOS troubleshooting (Keychain, FileVault, MDM enrollment)
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN
• Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
• Proven ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Mandarin/English language proficiency.
