• Implement all policies, activities, and procedures as relevant and required by the quality management system.
• Meet client and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Implement action plans from risks and opportunities assessment.
• Oversee and assist designers in draughting, design, and development activities for each project.
• Assist senior designers to ensure the Drafting Department operates effectively and efficiently.
• Liaise with senior designers, project engineers, and project directors.
• Ensure draughting output meets the design requirements of the project director, engineer, and senior designer.
• Maintain standard draughting skills.
• Ensure all project drawings are properly stored and recorded in the company storage area.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by superiors.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Diploma or Certificate in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in high-rise commercial projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD software.
• Well-versed with computer-aided design and building services using AutoCAD.
• Independent, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
