We are looking for a positive and reliable individual to join our team. To be successful in this role, you are expected to have excellent technical skills and possess excellent communication/customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Able to produce 2D & 3D drawings, carry out CAD / BIM works, technical and schematic drawing production works.
2. Must possess knowledge and experience in various architectural drawings such as residential, high-rise, low-rise, commercial, mixed development buildings, preliminary conceptual, authority submission, and construction and tender drawings.
3. Able to check that drawings conform to specifications, convey correct information, and are error-free.
4. Able to develop concept sketches into working drawings.
5. Able to produce presentation slides for design proposals.
6. Experience in project management and contract implementation.
7. Require site technical knowledge; able to conduct periodic site inspections with the site team.
8. Chair client, consultants' meetings, site, and technical meetings; work closely with clients, internal project teams, project consultants, and submit to relevant government authorities.
9. Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
2. Part 1 / Part 2 candidates with at least 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
3. Prefer candidates who can speak, read, and write in fluent English, BM, and Chinese.
4. A good portfolio of completed projects.
5. Reliable, good time management skills, and a sense of urgency.
6. Proficient in CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Word, and MS Excel.
7. Skills in Enscape, BIM, Revit (3D Modeling) are optional.
8. Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
9. Mature, independent, positive-minded, and able to work under pressure.
10. Able to travel and work overtime when required.
