Formación

• 5+ years of experience leading design in a technology or software environment.
• Proven people management experience with coaching and performance development.
• Strong understanding of design and creative processes in Agile environments.
• Hands-on UX design experience in cross-functional teams for mobile apps.
• Solid grasp of design systems and scalable app experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Core and Shared Experience design direction for the Electrolux app portfolio.
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team of product and content designers.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and stakeholders to define strategy and objectives.
• Foster discovery-driven, insights-led culture in an agile, cross-functional setting.
