Design Fit-Out

Job Summary:

Act as Landlord’s representative in liaising with tenants. Ensuring that all practices are in accordance with company and department policies. Performs hands-on, fit-out coordination works.

Location: Nusajaya, Johor

Main Accountabilities:

• Review and provide feedback on tenants' concept design submissions for their retail outlets.
• Offer design direction and store planning guidance to tenants and their appointed design consultants.
• Perform hands-on coordination with tenants’ fit-out teams throughout the design and renovation process.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal departments (Leasing, Building Services, M&E, etc.) to ensure all landlord provisions and tenant requirements are addressed effectively.
• Conduct site inspections with tenants and reporting supervisors upon project completion, prior to store openings.
• Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure all fit-out works comply with the approved design submissions and mall guidelines.
• Execute assigned interior design projects as per the mall's standards and expectations.
• Provide support in tenancy design and fit-out services for upcoming shopping mall projects, as and when required.
• Carry out any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
• Adhere to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and company’s Compliance Manual.
• Ensure no personal data is disclosed to unauthorized third parties without prior clearance from the Information Manager or PDPA Officer.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Purchasing, Material Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Possesses good research, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical with fine attention to detail and demonstrates leadership and ability to work in a team.
