Job Summary

The Design Engineer will assist in product development, ensuring feasibility in production, and supporting various departments with technical drawings and design improvements. The role requires strong proficiency in design software, technical problem-solving skills, and close collaboration with sales, quality control, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Design & Development

Assist the department manager in completing development and design tasks.

Confirm product manufacturability based on customer requirements and company production capabilities.

Prepare technical drawings and material lists according to order requirements and development workflow.

Collaborate with the sales team to create and verify design-related documents.

2. Production Support & Feasibility Analysis

Follow up on sample production, track progress, and make necessary design adjustments.

Guide the production of samples and validate performance indicators.

Assist the quality control and sales teams in resolving technical issues.

Support the production department in overcoming design-related manufacturing challenges.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of product R&D experience.

Experience in warehouse-related product design is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using 2D and 3D design software.

Strong understanding of mechanical product development.

Soft Skills:

Detail-oriented and well-organized in managing design documentation.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Mandarin (required) for communication with technical teams and headquarters.

English (preferred) for reporting and workplace coordination.
