Key Responsibilities:

Design with Purpose: Develop manufacturable, cost-efficient designs using lightweight steel structures as the foundation, integrating market-available components to create a complete, ready-to-install IBS product.

Research & Innovate: Identify, study, and adapt existing market solutions — transforming them into components of a high-performance, finished product.

Product Development Mindset: Approach designs as more than engineering — think like a product developer. Balance structural integrity, cost, and market appeal to create products that stand out.

Collaborate for Impact: Work with R&D, manufacturing, and project teams to ensure designs are practical, efficient to produce, and easy to assemble on-site.

Solve Complex Problems: Tackle design challenges creatively, with a focus on improving performance, reducing production complexity, and maximizing value.

Own the Process: Provide ongoing technical support during prototyping, manufacturing, and project implementation to continuously refine the product.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (MUST) or related fields.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Tekla, Revit).

Strong Understanding of structural principles, IBS systems, and product manufacturability.

Entrepreneurial Drive — ability to spot opportunities, think creatively, and turn ideas into practical, market-ready products.

Analytical Problem-Solver who thrives on overcoming design and production challenges.

Experience in IBS product design, prefabricated structures, or lightweight steel frameworks is an advantage.
