Design Architect / Interior Designer / Graphic Designer / 3D Visualizer

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Design Architect:

• Lead the conceptualization and development of innovative architectural designs for a wide range of projects.
• Translate ideas into functional design proposals, layouts, CAD drawings, and presentation boards.
• Manage architectural design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration to achieve design excellence.
• Produce construction drawings and detailed architectural plans with precision and clarity.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity and project success.
• Participate in design reviews, site meetings, and coordination sessions.
• Maintain high standards of discipline, organization, and creative problem-solving under pressure.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or an equivalent field.
• Strong design sensibility with proven project experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (optional), and Adobe Suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills.

2. Interior Designer

• Develop interior design concepts from schematic design to construction documentation.
• Create innovative spatial plans, mood boards, and material selections that are both functional and visually compelling.
• Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to interpret design briefs effectively.
• Prepare detailed drawing packages including floor plans, elevations, finish schedules, and specifications.
• Oversee projects independently, from concept to handover, ensuring design quality and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with project, marketing, and production teams to align design goals with practical execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical ability, and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Office.
• High aesthetic judgment, space planning, and materials knowledge.

3. Graphic Designer (Architectural & Marketing Focus)

• Design high-quality marketing visuals, brand assets, infographics, and 3D illustrations for architecture and property development projects.
• Collaborate with design, project, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive branding and promotional content.
• Enhance architectural presentations with professional graphics for proposals, brochures, signage, and digital platforms.
• Ensure all graphic materials align with corporate branding and project identity.
• Stay ahead of trends in digital design, typography, and visual storytelling.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience in architectural graphics, layout design, and digital content creation.
• Strong conceptual thinking with excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to produce high-quality 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs based on architectural and interior design concepts.
• Work closely with architects and designers to create visually stunning and technically accurate visuals.
• Develop 3D models or animations and oversee related documentation to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct presentation reviews, identify discrepancies with respective design teams.
• Attend design and coordination meetings to communicate design intent and visualize project development effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Advanced skills in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of architectural or engineering drawing & technicality.
• High degree of visual sensitivity, spatial awareness, and creativity.
