Job description

This is a managerial position based in the Product Development & Innovation (PDI) Department, responsible for managing, monitoring, and enhancing development design and product quality to align with the company's vision.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO:

1. Preliminary
   Collaborate with the Business Development team before land bank acquisition, test fit on conceptual design, master planning, and feasibility studies.
2. Concept Development
   Work internally to create a design brief aligned with market trends and demands.
   Develop the concept and product design for new lands, ensuring they meet market demands, marketing strategies, management briefs, and feasibility studies.
   Lead concept design and product development with consultants to fulfill the design brief.
3. Design Control & Review
   Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure design excellence.
   Address architectural concerns with internal departments and consultants.
   Review design layouts, functionality, safety, and customer experience, and suggest improvements.
   Review architectural designs and technical drawings from consultants.
   Manage architectural finishes based on market trends and practicality.
   Participate in client and technical meetings as needed.
4. Design Development & Construction
   Collaborate on design development and architectural coordination.
   Respond to on-site architectural concerns.
   Standardize good architectural practices, details, and specifications.
   Oversee interior design for development, including common areas and amenities floors.
5. Others
   Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:

• Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Part 3 Architecture qualification is advantageous.
• At least 5 years in property development, 8 years in architectural design, experience with consultants, and creating building specifications and drawings.
• Experience in an architecture firm is considered.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D modeling (e.g., SketchUp).
• Strong leadership, creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
