We are currently seeking an ambitious individual for the role of Deputy Premier Centre Manager.
Reporting to the Premier Centre Manager, responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and executing Premier business initiatives to grow customer value and Asset Under Management (AUM) in the branch. Ensuring the Premier platform has a strong local market presence with capable people and efficient processes.
Achieving targets and contributing to the branch’s business and profitability, aligned with the bank’s wealth management strategy.
Leading and managing the Premier Sales team to meet Wealth Management targets and enhance team performance and productivity.
Analyzing market, resources, and sales staff capabilities to develop effective sales plans.
Monitoring sales performance regularly and informing the branch manager of progress, maintaining daily discipline.
Ensuring Relationship Managers utilize HSBC’s sales process and apply financial planning concepts with their clients.
Championing the Premier proposition through distinguished service and sales initiatives.
Developing relationships with targeted top 20 and high net worth customers through frequent contact.
Managing the Premier Centre as a comprehensive Wealth Management and Premier solutions provider.
Creating positive staff morale, motivating the team, and actively managing performance.
Maintaining HSBC’s internal control standards and operational efficiency.
