Requirements
The key role is to perform IT support of the financial processes using the Oracle Fusion Cloud system. You will participate in planning, end-user collaboration, enhancement, maintenance and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud system - Financial modules for PSA Group of companies worldwide.
He/ She will report to AVP (Group IT) – Global Financial System.
Roles and Responsibilities
- He/ She will be a member of the Global Financial System (GFS) Team, which supports Oracle Fusion applications.
- Perform analysis on the new rollout, business enhancements requirements and apply knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud and related technologies (such as Oracle Integration Cloud) to propose and implement the solutions.
- Provide 2nd/ 3rd level support to users in their daily business and resolve Oracle Fusion Cloud system issues. Able to solve Financial Functional issues independently. Able to lead and work with the technical team to investigate the integrations, reports and customizations issues.
- Review Oracle quarterly updates, assess the impact of the updates on existing Fusion configurations and recommend new features that will be beneficial for PSA business.
- Due to the nature of work, there will be occasions where working outside of office hours is involved.
Skills, Knowledge & Competencies
Professional Background
- Good knowledge in accounting and financial processes
- High-level appreciation of end-to-end application support
- Familiar with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Technical Skills
- Good functional and supporting skills in the Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial areas, i.e. GL, AR, AP, interco, FA, CM, Project
- Minimally 2 years of working experience in supporting the Financial modules regionally or globally
- Good knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Services and integrations
- Basic understanding of SFTP, ATP database, Web/REST services
- Good knowledge or working experiences on Oracle Fusion Cloud – Procurement modules and/or EPM will be an advantage
Business Skills
- Good verbal, presentation and written communication to communicate effectively with the end users and team members
- Good understanding and able to apply change management
- Good analysis skills to understand the business requirements, to design the solution, to develop the changes in the system to fulfill the users’ requirements
- Good vendor contract management skill to manage group of contract programmer for technical work (for managerial role only)
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with budgets and schedules
- Able and willing to travel globally occasionally
