Deputy Mall Manager - Based in AEON Mall Tebrau City, Johor Bahru

Oversee daily mall operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and customer-friendly environment.

Manage tenant relationships, lease agreements, and occupancy rates.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns and events to drive foot traffic.

Monitor and optimize mall profitability and revenue streams.

Ensure facility maintenance, security, and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for business growth.

Analyze market trends and customer behavior to enhance mall performance.

Job Requirements:
