Primary Objective
- To drive CEPS, Retail and SME Deposits account acquisition at branches
- To drive the sign-up Payroll accounts through switching of employee salary bank
- To drive and implement Retail and SME deposits growth, sales activities and campaigns
- To drive and manage branch CASA/FD acquisition, IBK sign-up and cross sell retail products
- Responsible for the overall deposit processes at branches
- To increase the PHR ratio for CEPS customer
- Identify top clients (high SME Depositors to refer to DRM for portfolio tagging
Key Responsibilities
Sales Planning & Activities
- To drive SBG sales network to acquire and nurture a list of corporations to sign-up Payroll through switching of employee salary bank
- Responsible for customer development, account opening and planning related marketing and sales activities to achieve CEPS revenue targets
- Drive joint sales effort with various SBGs to sign-up companies for Payroll
- Develop and increase earnings potential and revenue relationships with customer through maintaining the relationship and servicing of customers’ needs
- Drive activities to market CEPS component products and services including joint sales activities with all SBG
- Execute and manage sign-ups for CEPS and related products
- Formulate, complete and execute account plans for customers to increase earning potential and revenue relationships
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance of code of ethics during sales process and activities
- Adhere to audit, risk and compliance standards & policies set by the Bank
REQUIREMENT
- Diploma / Degree holder or equivalent
- Professional credit certification or banking certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking
- Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Able to work well with a team and external parties
- Result-oriented with ability to collaborate with team members to meet business / branch targets
